Recently purchased a car from this garage and can only say how fantastic the experience was, Gary was brilliant to deal with and left me feeling really happy with my new car.Also Dylan was very polite and helpful offering me a warm drink on the morning I collected my new car.

I can’t give a 10 star review - but I would if I could! I’ve just bought a gorgeous Vauxhall Mokka and Gary (and Dylan) made the whole experience so hassle free!!!! From the second I stepped in to the showroom until the second I drove out the car park, I have never felt so looked after! Everyone made me feel welcome. I was listened to, I was advised with my best interests at the heart of the conversation and both Gary and Dylan did all the work for me - Interested in what I wanted!!! I can’t recommend these guys enough!! Thank you so much. Bella loved all the fuss too!!!

I got a lovely 5 year old Mokka a week ago. Very professional and friendly staff. I was allowed to check, observe and test drive for extended time. Everything went very smoothly. Ian , the sales man, was as good and professional as one expects, advising all relevant information. Couple of points that needed attention were sorted before delivery. After-sales customer service appears to be fine as well. I noticed a missing cap from the engine and Ian without any argument offered a replacement the moment I notified him. I feel very pleased having my car from a local dealer.Many thanks to Ian and the team, keep it up in looking after your customers in this manner.I recommend a visit to this dealer if you need to get your next set of wheels with a piece of mind like me.

If I can prevent one purchase I’ll be a happy man. Stay away!! Refused to do my SAFETY RECALL until I had another repair done (unrelated) and quoted me 200 plus just to look at it!!!! Took it to SLATERS, they did the recall instantly and charged me 114 for the diagnostic, half the price. Please no matter who you read or how nice they are at purchase. Stay away and go somewhere with decent service, BEFORE and AFTER a sale

I will buy my new car on Tomorrow. I will looking forward to my Red Astra SRi. I'm delighted it.

The customer service, and Liz especially, are excellent. I went in on a Saturday morning to see if I could get a replacement tyre after a bad puncture. I have a really awkward size tyre which is never in stock anywhere but Liz spent ages ringing different suppliers to see if any could get me a tyre quicker. She even rang round other garages - she just wanted to help me even if it meant giving the business to other people. That meant a lot especially as it was a really stressful time as I was moving home the following day and really needed my car for the move. Recommend 200%. So lovely to meet someone doing their job with such efficiency and kindness. Thank you, Liz.

Helped us with our Mokka e, even though the workshop was full. Manager even went through some things original dealer didn't.

Drove a considerable way to see a car I’d already discussed on the phone which I was assured was in great condition apart from a minor scuff and that the person knew the model well as he sold a fair few.When I arrived I instantly noticed the rear arch bubbling and upon further inspection you could see through it…The garage either didn’t know the arch was gone (inept) or chose to hide the fact (dishonest) - either way they wasted my time and money to come see a car that was rusting away.Gave an additional star as the person I dealt with on the day was very apologetic however that doesn’t make up for the massive inconvenience.
