Citizens Advice Manchester

7 minutes getting information on how much the call will cost. On hold for 11 minutes. I am appointee for a mentally ill person. I have no mental health problems but I found this impossible to understand. How can ill people deal with this. ?

I went to an appointment yesterday at Bloom Street the lady was of no help at all she was very intimidating and basically no back every response I was giving to the point I couldn't complete the appointment i had to get up and leave she had me in tears I thought this service was to help people. Personally she doesn't know what I am going through and didn't have the time of day to listen and understand it took me a lot to even approach them this service is useless especially with people like her working there never will I use them again I'd rather suffer through the situation than go through an experience that is supposed to help you but leaves you feeling worse off

Could not get through to anyone by phone waste of time trying

I'm caring for someone at the moment and she has been ldt down by so many support workers and from other organisations. When I got in touch with CAB I got more sorted done with there advice and assistance than a paid professional did to supposed to do. It's a shame. Can't be more grateful for the CAB. THANKYOU!

This service on the phone helped me and the guy on the phone sad really nice and understanding my situations and really nice guy I’ll definitely recommend the service to anybody it’s really helpful and really supportive on here. I’ve got all the support. I needed it off them so thank you so much. This is an advice Manchester Sometimes hard get through but you got keep trying the numbers it’s best to ring early in the morning tended 10 to 8 by open at 9 o’clock so stay in the queue. Thank you so much really help me today x
