For anyone who wanted to orders from this company. I can explain with the full reason why the most negative reviews had shown. I am a former employer in Sterling.Do not contact or ask for quotes. They are willing not return the email or phone calls back to you after the installations. They would ignores your call or delete your email.Steve Alexander is managing the department, he would stuck in the office all day only using phone calls and emails. That it.He had been laughed at me when I was about reaching at breaking point from my mental health issues.We do care about ours employees"

Had the windows fitted 09.08.13. Constant issues with them after the initial installation then more problems in 2021. Have just rung up as I think the silicon seal around the window may have gone and there is a leak. Just wanted it checking. I was informed as its out of warranty they cant come out and check it. Its only just out of warranty , I just wanted it checking, I would have paid if there was an issue but they weren't interested. To sum up aftersales service non existent, not interested and don't care if they get a bad review.

Have to give five stars. I buy windows from here to install on properties I work on. The value is amazing. Ordering and communication has sadly gone down hill.

I had an amazing experience from Sterling. The price was right. Delivery time was even earlier than expected and the fitter Paul was so efficient, polite and swift he and his colleague fitted two French doors one front door and a window in less than two hours.

We've had all of windows recently replaced in Agate grey. New front door too. Brilliant service from Brook and the team. Fitters have done a 5 star job and cleaned up too. Best price in town. Couldnt get better anywhere

Sterling have been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Initial sales call with Brook who went through all of our options and gave us some suggestions. Quote was really competitive and affordable. Second visit from Jez to measure up and finally the agreed installation date and Paul our fitter arrived as planned. He's done an absolutely brilliant job. Fantastic finish and we're really pleased. Payment is made once the job has been completed. In our experience we would highly recommend Stirling on price, quality and professionalism.

Over the past couple of years, I've used sterling to replace all our windows & today we had the finishing touch with a new front door. Excellent service as always and very good value for money. Ecstatic with my new windows & doors from Stirling - the initial sales meetings with Brooke were so helpful, no question was too much for him. Jez then attended to measure & survey & his experience and knowledge shone through. The fitters who attended were excellent- they were so professional & tidy. The windows & doors have been in for over a month with no issues they are perfect. The value was absolutely amazing- I obtained quotes from 2 national companies & 3 local companies -Stirling came in as the best value by far. I would recommend Stirling to everyone I'm so happy with my new windows and doors.

Sterling have been fantastic for me I used them to replace all my windows and doors in my last house and again in the house I am currently in. I had a problem with my lock today where it got jammed and my key was stuck in it and within a couple of hours they had someone out to me room the door fixed it with a new lock and had my a new set of keys waiting. Second to none and fantastic value for money! Not to mention how amazing the staff are always available and so helpful! Wouldn’t look any other way for windows and doors!!
