Gary is a proper mechanic with loads of experience. He's old school and isn't the hottest on computer stuff but knows his limits and where to find the answers. He's been brilliant with our cars over the last 10 years and I would trust him with anything mechanical.

I have had my car serviced and repaired here for manys years now. The owner mechanic is old school and 1 of the best I have come across. You will get good straight advice. And a job never to complain about. This guy will turn his hands to anything no job is too small or big. His prices are very good with no hidden costs. Gary has been looking after my car's and my husband's van's over many years. I find him to be a reliable and friendly man. Whenever I have trouble with my car I can phone him up and I know he will look at my car that day if he can. He will give me an idea how much it's going to cost and if he finds anything else wrong he will call me and explain and ask if he should go ahead with the extra work and the extra cost. If he thinks the car isn't worth fixing he will tell me instead of wasting my money on something that can't be fixed. I find his prices are very reasonable cheaper than the garages in town.

WOULDNT EVEN GIVE IT 1 STAR. This place is absolutely discusting. I took my car here for a mot and service only for my perfectly ok car (been checked by 3 other garages and mot'd since) To be failed when actualy nothing wrong with it. Tried to get me to ok them to carry out unnessisary work on my car beacuse they didnt think i new any better. Defiantly not the case at all and they have been reported to dvsa and checks on my car and them ate taking place and trading standards will be looking into how they run things. They would have cost me over £700 for something that did cost me £100. Absolutely diabolical garage. And if u dont wish to get ripped off paying for parts and labour for things you dont need i wouldnt go here. Also when i rang to tell them i do not want them to carry out the work i was told i asked them to and when i said no to the work again he became rude on the phone and told me i had no choice to pay as the fluid was in my car now n they have done it even though i said no. All in all.....literally a car crash!!!!!!!
