Awful customer service, when things go wrong they will try and justify their actions in the best way they can. I was sad to discover a very slight crack in the top screen surface (Not the LED display) that Richard and Ian determined to be a impact damage, however I suggested that it could well be a stress crack that can happen with some LED screens, and they suggested that it was a big impact that would allow the elements to speed up the deterioration of the screen, since originally I was quoted £100 to replace it as they were not willing to replace it under any kind of warranty claim. I spoke with Ampere in Dawlish and was offered a discount of £30 as a goodwill gesture" but no free replacement. I decided at that point that I would continue with the cosmetically damaged screen since it was still functioning at this point. A few months down the line and the screen stopped functioning altogether meaning I could no longer use even the basic functions of the bike. Keeping in mind

Had been looking for a bike for my wife for a while,came across leisure life after a Google search. My wife liked the look of the juicy city step through. The service was excellent. The day after I purchased the bike we returned and purchased a second bike for me. Couldn't praise them enough first class.

New to e-bikes, having done a little research my wife and I called into Leisure Life. Immediate impression; covid safe, clean, well organised and well stocked shop. Spoke to Ian who discussed our requirements and suggested various bikes that would suit us. There was no hard sell. Having tried the bikes we were able to take time, without any pressure whatsoever, to make up our minds whether or not purchase. Richard & Ian answered more of of questions before we eventually decided on our purchases. The overall experience in the shop was faultless. An estimated build/delivery date was given which was met (a day earlier than expected!). On delivery Richard took time to run through general maintenance and operation of the bikes. Excellent service, I would recommend this dealer without hesitation. We will be back for our Cycle carrier !!!

Ian and Rick are absolute gems .My wife & I purchased e-bikes a few weeks ago. The customer service, attentive service, professionalism and knowledge is second to none.I have no hesitation in recommending this fantastic company if you are looking to buy an e-bike.

I love the electric bicycle I bought here a little while ago. The staff were friendly and helpful and practised social distancing. As soon as I tried the bike they recommended for me, I felt comfortable and confident, even though I hadn't ridden a bike at all for some years. The shop is clean and easily accessible. I have now had my free after sales (200 mile) service and a free clean for the bike as well. I would definitely recommend this store.

After a google search this shop came up with having a varied range of different electric bikes and being new to them we wanted to be able to try a few out. Brilliant, friendly service, great advice and not pushy at all. After trying some we went away to have a think and then returned to have a few more little test rides and chose bikes that were perfect for us. Very happy with the service and the amazing ebikes thanks guys.

We visited the Leisure-life SW shop to enquire about ebikes, was impressed with the range they had on offer and after speaking to Ian about the bikes, who was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding these, we decided to purchase 2 bikes, which we collected after 3 days from purchase, on collection Ian ran through all the workings of the bikes to ensure we knew how to use them, we were very pleased with how friendly and helpful Ian was and would highly recommend this shop.

Great value, loads of choice.

Bought a kayak after searching for ages online no one had them in stock, great quality and price plus it survived the choppy sea conditions. Looking forward to continue to use it over summer. The shop is easy to get to and Richard was very helpful :)
