Coombeshead Farm
Went for dinner with a large group and we were very nicely looked after. The food was delicious, especially the roasted chicken and the veg which were outstanding. Well worth a visit.

Stunning place. Food was incredible, though the meat course was too small of a portion for two people to share (as it is intended). Love that they have wine on tap!

Great locally sourced food, well cooked and presented. The menu changes and is small which I find a blessing, great wine list.We just had dinner in the restaurant, a little tricky to find in the dark ! But worth it

I can’t recommend Coombeshead Farm enough as a wedding venue. We are incredibly grateful for the dedication and care that the team put into making it such a special day.What truly stood out about Coombeshead was their exceptional attention to detail and their commitment to accommodating the specific dietary needs of our guests. They went above and beyond to create a coeliac friendly menu that was not only safe but also incredibly delicious.Beyond the culinary delights, Coombeshead provided a stunning backdrop for our wedding. The picturesque countryside views, charming rustic buildings, and beautifully landscaped grounds added a touch of magic to our special day.The staff at Coombeshead were a joy to work with throughout the entire planning process. They were attentive, responsive, and truly invested in making our day perfect. They worked seamlessly and ensured that everything ran smoothly.We highly recommend Coombeshead as a wedding venue for anyone seeking a unique, picturesque, and accommodating location for their special day.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. Great friendly welcome. Brilliant accommodation in old farmhouse. Very relaxed atmosphere, and staff are extremely helpful ... going out if their way to assist.Breakfast was lovely, too, with healthy food all sourced within the farm, or locally.I'd highly recommend this wonderful place

Coombeshead Farm
We stayed in the self-catering cottage and had dinner on 2 nights, with breakfast one morning.The room was beautiful, with all expected furnishings and amenities. The farm itself is a lovely place to while away hours, especially for our 2 year old who loved visiting the piggies and having a go on the swing.All our meals were terrific and are hard to fault. All told this was a wonderful stay and I would recommend to anyone!

Coombeshead Farm
We came here from a recommendation from the Michelin Guide, and stayed on night. It was absolutely phenomenal. The grounds are what makes this place different. We arrived and was welcomed promptly and showed to our room which was lovely. Small and quaint farmhouse feel with a stunning open bathroom. Little touches like complimentary rosemary liquor and flapjack bites were left in the room. The actual farmhouse was very homey feeling with common sitting rooms and kitchen. We then went for a farm walk and got to visit the little piglets, calves, and lambs on the pasture. This is what sold me. It was such a great experience getting to look around and visit the farm. We then stayed for dinner and had a three course meal which consisted of a medley of vegetables in different styles. It was really great as my husband and I are both veggie but can’t comment on the meat offerings. Breakfast was included and has a nice serve yourself style with options like fermented veggies, yogurts, granolas and homemade sourdough bread. All of the meats are directly from their farm. Everything was incredible. Even if you’re not in the area, make it a point to come visit this family operated farm. Such a lovely experience. We hope we get to come back.
