Great service

I wanted to book an appointment with a sales designer and phoned the showroom in Kingston. Initially, I was told that I can come in and was asked a dozen of questions and spent a lot of time on the phone. Perhaps, the lady of the phone had to go through a standard questionnaire before booking me in. Moreover, after I've told that the my planned start date of the project (kitchen refurbishment) is 5 months away and I need to work out and plan the budget I was told that I seek advice too early and they had to prioritise other customers. Literally, I was refused an appointment after I've given out such a detail. No interest to deal with them at all after this.

Fantastic service! Anthony, who served me was very helpful, very professional and very friendly. He was also very knowledgeable and gave me great advice regarding the item I was looking for and which I purchased. I shall definitely be going back! 10/10!!!!!

Good location with ample parking available. The showroom carries a good range of their current Kitchens.

Magnet had the right solid white oak worktops at the right price. Picked them up, cut and fitted them. They look spot on.

I have had en excellent experience with Magnet and their preferred fitter. Jan, the Magnet designer, was very friendly and easy to work with, and they liaised directly with the fitter who completed the job to a high standard. I would thoroughly recommend working with them.

Pay a little more and go somewhere else.
