Hose broke on backhoe, took hose down to them. half an hour later I had a replacement hose. fitted and working again.

Excellent service and quality products at a reasonable price. I needed two replacement bespoke hoses and fittings. I dropped the old ones in at 12 noon and picked up the new ones the following morning. Costs were very reasonable and parts were 30% discounted. Highly recommended business.

All round good service and availability of spares, my only gripe is the pricing. As an individual buying for my own use I pay well over the odds for everything. So much so that I use eBay whenever I can. Other companies with similar premises and overheads are able to deliver to my door for around 40% cheaper.The company I worked for used to get great discounts. Why sting the small guy?

I Do not recommend they tried charging me 3x as much as other local hose companies when I needed a hydraulic hose for my digger.I would recommend Hampshire hose better service and much better value !

Bloody expensive. Asking twice the going rate for off the shelf items. Refused to price match when asked. Regarding your response. This would appear to be crafted to gaslight me and to mislead readers. I purchased EXACTLY the same PCL HA2137 15m air hose from eBay whilst sitting in the car park outside your shop. Only paid £39.95 including delivery. So please stop trying to pull the wool over people's eyes. Moreover, I actually came to you to have new ends swaged onto my existing air hose which really only illicited a 'we want to sell you something over specced, it's too difficult, can't have what you ask for, can't have what we have while you wait' sort of response from your customer service" person. Asking the price of the PCL hose wasn't my preferred option but was a way of keeping the job going. Mail order and the internet are real so you can either benchmark or lose business."

Sorted me out with a banjo bolt for the -3 ptfe braided hose braking system on my 1978 Mini, if there were 10 stars they would get 10!Many thanks chaps for enabling me to get my project sorted out!
