Phillip Viles Property Maintenance

Phillip Viles property maintenance is just superb. They carried out a bathroom strip and rebuild for me. The work done is absolutely excellent and I'm very pleased with the end result. Even though there were some technical issues (unsupported chimney stack due to some previous work) the job came in on budget. Would I use them again - yes without hesitation.

Phil is just brilliant. He ripped out bath and moved the room around to pop in a walk in shower. An amazing job executed with amazing efficiency.Would highly recommend him. Very tidy also. Any problems that arose were dealt with immediately and he kept us in the loop the whole way through. Thanks Phil.
