Just a quick review in appreciation of the service I recently received.We have been refurbishing our property over the last couple of years and had a couple of designer radiators. One from Apollo, another from elsewhere.Amongst all the chaos, I misplaced a flow diverter and contacted Apollo to explain that I’d lost it and if I could purchase one. A man called Jaime asked for my proof of purchase and got one sent out to me very fast with no charge. The little diverter probably doesn’t cost a lot but really appreciate the gesture.Also happy with our radiator so far and would be keen to use Apollo again in the future.Thank you, Matt.

Apollo Roma radiators are absolutely dreadful. Looked great for the first 5 year, but now after 9 years they have all rusted and need replacing. Customer services wanted nothing to do with me, and no discount on identical replacements. Avoid at all costs.
