My parents have a small house in Ayrshire and it was in terrible condition. Thanks for helping me out! These guys offer more than cleaning services. I really needed some help with this and many other companies refused to come. Thanks again and see you soon!

I recently suffered from a minor flood in my basement due to a heavy rain the previous week. I went online the same day to search for a good company for the job and I stopped at Regency Contract Cleaning based in Ayrshire, Scotland. I found a couple of other companies with similar offers but this one stood out amongst the others. They came in a couple of hours after the call which was great since it was 11 PM. Most damage restoration companies say they have an immediate response but come in on the next day the earliest. But Regency Contract Cleaning did not disappoint. They came in and had a look around the basement and the house and found out where the water was coming from and gave me a great advice on how to fix it and the phone number of a company that specialises in that. The workers were particularly friendly and did an amazing and quick job. All in all it was a really good experience coming from a really bad situation. If you have a fire or flood problem in Western Scotland I recommend you calling these guys since they know what they are doing.

Really great customer service . From initially speaking to Keith to arrange for the car to be cleaned . To Vinnie and Jamie carrying out the work was first class. Really polite and courteous. Kept me informed every step and arrived at the time they had stated . Job was competitively priced. Would definitely recommend and use this company again 10 out of 10 guys . Thank you

Complete shambles of an operation. Binned several items without asking me. Some of which are totally irreplaceable. Shocking customer service when asked for compensation also. Avoid like the plague!!!!!!!!!

Regency Facilities Management does a fantastic job maintaining our office space, and any queries or issues are always handled in a simple manner.

Amazing company. Contacted Keith to get a car cleaned after a serious incident left the inside of the car covered in blood. They took the stress out of worrying about how to get the vehicle cleaned. While we were still in serious shock. They were really understanding of our situation. From the first call to the completion of the clean Regency FM were professional and discrete . The car was immaculate after Regency FM cleaned it. I can't recommend this company highly enough.
