Great service from choosing storage options to collection. Ed and Dan provided a first class service on the day. Kept us informed of their arrival time, skillfully packed all our stuff into the pods and reassured us when it poured with rain! All pods securely shut and tagged before leaving. Great job. Amazing, perfect, friendly, human, and absolutely a company I will recommend over and over. Ed organising everything to a T and making it happen. Dan and Clayton on a Thursday picked up most of my things, easily, efficiently and being helpful and careful. Friday, Dan and Lee picked what was left and we headed out on my big move halfway across England, they were so friendly and fun, made the journey really pleasant. Ed watching over us all the time. We arrived at my new home and the worked so hard to get all the furniture in, helped put it in place, assembled a bed and a wardrobe and even gave me some advice on caring for certain things. Had a struggle with a table, took 2 legs off, got it in the room and then put the legs back on...presto!! No big drama. They spent about 11 hours with me that Friday and I couldn't be more grateful to all 3 of them. I had had some furniture in storage with them for about a year, all in great condition and well kept. Incredible company but most of all, heroes, great people!!!!!

Ed went above and beyond to help my move go smoothly. Including changing the date at very short notice so the chain did not collapse.The van storage removal crew were great and the job was completed smoothly and efficiently, even having to contend with my massive oak wardrobe that went through the door by millimetres.The cost is very competitive and I would recommend this company and will be using them again for my next move in about 9 months.

Used easyStorage as our house move was delayed and we had to move in with family. Team were absolutely superb! Communication has been 10/10 and you really feel like you are getting a personalised service. Ed and his team were professional and kept us updated on their ETA for collection. They were quick with loading and gone after an hour. Very impressed overall and would highly recommend.

Due to fire safety issues, I was instructed to pack up and leave the my flat completely empty within two hours. Without prior notice it was impossible to accomplish and I wasn't allowed to take my furnitures to the temporary accomodation. Easy Storage’s team was nice and flexible enough to accept to pick all of my stuff from my flat and store them at their storage with 1 hour notice. Thank you Mr. Ed, manager, for understanding our situation and Dan and Clayton, two friendly energetic fellas for your hard work and empathy!

easyStorage have moved me three times in the last few years and their service has been exemplary. Whilst I got to meet Ed and Clayton today, I’m only sorry I didn't meet the legendary ‘Pineapple’ Dan (photo courtesy of Ed!). Both Ed and Clayton provided a blip of excellence through their incredible service and uplifting conversation even as the rain poured down. A great company overall but the Essex team are simply the cherry on top! I can’t recommend or rate this company and, especially, my local team any higher. Thanks again, guys!

They went above and beyond. Good communication throughout the process. One item was oddly shaped but the entire team (including the owner!) got involved and found a great solution. Highly recommend.
