I made a cost free appointment there and unfortunately the estimate was a lot more than the clock was worth. This was because some of the spindle holes needed to be rebushed and this could only be done after the clock had been fully disassembled.However, I was advised about I could make a repair that should last a few years myself.A very helpful and useful visit.

Martin did an amazing job on my clock. I had despaired of it ever working again but he managed to get it going, even with some unforeseen issues. Now, it is running better than it has ever done and sounds lovely! Great job.

Very careful and detailed attention to determine exactly the faults with two of my clocks - one a 'railway' clock the other a victorian long-case. Each had its unique challenge, but I was well informed in words and in video clips of the precise diagnoses. Very happy with the level of customer care and craft.
