One of my worst experiences ever. Waited over an hour for food. Even then, only 1 of our meals were ready. There were 3 meals in total. They said wait an extra 10 minutes for the other meal. Waited an extra 15 mins only for one more meal to be ready. I was like where’s the 3rd one? They said wait you’re expecting another one? They went to the back, had a chat and came back out saying they gave it to another customer by mistake?? After waiting an hour, you come tell me it’s been given to someone else? At that point, a lot of people were complaining and all the orders seemed mixed up. My family ended up eating our meals separately because of the long wait between each meal. Not to mention my mums meal was wrong but didn’t bother complaining about that I just wanted to get out of there asap.

Awful place. Horrible service, took 40 mins for 5 meals and they weren't even busy, down to only people working. Food wasn't worth the wait. We ordered takeaway, containers were half empty, only few pieces of meat or prawn per dish. Chewy thick beef and bau buns made with burgers which is just so disappointing and not authentic. Saving grace was the Thai soup had nice flavour but only one piece of ticket and one prawn and was full of large chunks of ginger and lemongrass. Would not recommend and will never go back.

Ordered beef in black bean sauce with noodles and butterfly prawns. It was a Saturday and busy, took 45mins for food to be ready, each time I checked person at till kept adding on extra time. £7.99 for beef in black bean sauce (which doesn't include rice/noodles), disappointing portion size. Beef was chewy so left half of it. Noodles were ok. Butterfly prawns were good.

Ordered rice noodles , spicy chicken manchurian, and egg fried rice via uber eats.. delivered warm and nicely packed.I had requested for no soya sauce to be added in the egg fried rice. However that was overlooked. Otherwise good a try.
