Honestly didn’t even want to give one star, the nail lady was very rude. I wanted my pinky toe down and she complained about my pinky being small and darker. She giggled in her language with her colleagues. I’m very disappointed. As she didn’t ask what I wanted and cut it short before even asking me and then just complained the whole way through. Abit annoyed that Jimmy wasn’t here as I would’ve preferred him to do my nails. Very annoyed.

Lovely people and do a really great job. Had both my feet and hands done with shellac. Went the extra mile offering water or tea and did massage on hand a foot scrub. My nails are thin and she made sure to be careful.My only negative is the choice of colours is limited.

I have been a regular client here since over 10 years and sad to say that I often receive really hostile treatment. Its a shame they don’t value long term regular clients. It’s one extreme to the other. They used to be okay when they were in the smaller salon on the other side of the bridge but their manners are poor and their attitude is appalling - it’s such a shame as they do the nails well and I can’t complain about that.Upon reading the reviews and my personal experience, it feels as though it depends who you are as to how you are treated. Am I implying there are prejudices towards certain customers? Yes.The lack of English or effort to communicate properly and being moody is not really excusable in my books. Really disappointed and if I do find somewhere else, I probably wouldn’t choose to return here.3 stars only because I do like how my nails are. But really only 1 star if it was just about customer service.

Absolutely terrible experience. Booked in to get my SNS taken off and the manager did it for me, he started drilling before soaking which is usually done first at my normal nail shop. He sliced my fingertip with the drill and then shoved my hands in a chemical solution, when I told him I was bleeding he didn’t clean the cut. Then he started cutting my cuticles, while managing to make them bleed as well. I asked for a natural colour without the option to pick out one I wanted, he painted one coat of a clear nail strengthener and that was it. My hands are in bits and are so painful I am so upset.

I just had the worst manicure and pedicure experience at this nail spa, and I have been to many others before. My last experience with the nice lady with short dark hair was great, hence I came back today. However the woman who served me this afternoon was rude and hostile right at the start, no greetings nor any sort of customer service, and would just point to indicate what she wished me to do, also very aggressively pull my hand and feet whilst giving the treatment. The worst is when she cut open my nail skin with the cuticle nippers and DID NOT even apologise even though it was bleeding - photo evidence attached. Don't gamble your fingers and go visit elsewhere would be my advice.

I asked for acrylic nails and the shape and length of the nails were good and the pattern was similar to what i asked for. However, on one of my nails, the paint was not neat and was smudged and the simple pattern which I asked for was not neat. Additionally, they charged me £47 for an ok set of nails. On the other hand, the employees were really nice and the salon was clean and had good service.

The worst manicure I ever had in my life! And I was charged £42 for it?! Asked for SNS and got one SNS coat and gel on top. It’s so dreadful that I had to go home and try to remove the gel from my cuticles and fingers! Also, staff was very disrespectful. They would be talking in a foreign language and giggling why doing my nails, which I personally don’t find very professional.Was looking for a nail bar closer to my home, however I would now gladly travel for an hour to get to the place I usually go to. Would never recommend this place.

USA Nails is a fantastic nail shop. The girls and Jimmy are extremely professional and talented. They always go the extra mile to give you a positive experience. Go there you will not be disappointed. You need your own packet of nail equipment but it is a one off payment and essential for hygiene George
