My man proposed with his nans engagement ring & I fell head over heels in love with the vintage style & the little details, so after a bit of research I found these guys!!We were sooooo chuffed with the amazing help, service & value we received with Darren at Crystal Palace Jewellers!!He found someone who copied the original ring design for me & made absolutely from scratch using a broken gold bracelet from my late grandma to melt down for the gold parts & 9 of the 15 teeny vintage cut diamonds from my other late nan’s eternity ring (which had a bunch missing)!!Darren sourced the final 6 diamonds to match, along with the central marquise sapphire!!He was an absolute joy to deal with & make this little amalgamation of family treasures become something so special & brand new for our new little life journey!!I highly recommend seeing him for any repairs or little projects of your own you may have!!!

I wanted an engagement ring. Had a budget in mind and I told Darryl (the owner) what it was. He patiently showed me dozens of rings, and didnt try to push me above my price mark. Eventually we (it felt like a team effort) found the perfect ring for about a quarter of the top price I'd had in mind. Dealing with Darryl made the buying of the ring a positive experience and my (now) fiancée loves it.As it needed resizing, we got an estimate from a Jewellers in Brighton (where I proposed). Again, Darryl's price was significantly less and his service first class. He is friendly, patient, encouraging and above all, honest!I went back to him for a pendant for my fiancée's birthday, and tomorrow's we are going back again for a wedding band for me.I can't recommend Crystal Palace Jewellers highly enough!

Brilliant service and great value. I needed a repair to my engagement ring and wanted some small diamonds added to my wedding band. I've previously always taken it back to the shop in Hatton Gardens where we bought it but this has now closed. I found Crystal Palace Jewellers through reviews and was not disappointed. The work is very well done. Darren really professional knowledgeable, and communicated all options and costs (which were reasonable) before going ahead with the work. I would definitely recommend.

Hi, Please can someone answer my question regarding price to downsize a black onyx ring with a small red gemstone in it 9ct and also another 9ct ring with no onyx just a black gem, also do they offer sizing as I've tried sizing my finger but got it wrong?

Darren the owner is simply excellent at efforts to please the customer. I celebrate 25 years marriage in 2024 and had not worn my original engagement ring for several years due to some of the diamonds falling out. For about 6 months l spoke to several other jewellers... who were simply not helpful..from being told not worth repairing as they'd have to build up the gold around the missing diamonds or they just didn't get back to me. Then l discovered Darren on my doorstep.His attention and customer service was exemplary. He totally got the sentimental pull l had to sort my ring out.. after being so disappointed with previous feedback. He was confident and encouraging that my ring would be sorted out if l left it with him. I was absolutely blown away by the repair! Plus he repaired a few other items too for a very good price.Awesome and outstanding service!!!

Have been in numerous times and always so helpful.Went in recently to get my wife's engagement ring repaired -it took 2 minutes and with a friendly face! Highly recommend!
