Worst doctors ever kind people but very bad service they don't sent u reminders of your appointments and its very hard to book appointments always been 2weeks late or 3weeks late and also I go through mental health I've been needing medicine and these guys just don't sound professional at all and all look confused bad service bad appointment times and bad for not giving reminders I'm change my doctors to be honest these guys don't care about there patients and very bad service wouldn't recommend with these lot.

Avoid & Go elsewhere it’s your Health ! Shambles of a surgery !Took me 2mths + to join kept calling me after loosing passport&dvla copies 3times - GDPR out the window…Payed £120 for D4 form - receptionist didn’t know what it was !Booked me in, turned up & informed need double appointment! Even though receptionist conferred with colleague.Then, waited 40min to see Doc, have to pay another £40 for eye part and Doc didn’t complete the form !Rub salt in the wound i could got it all done for £80 and not £160!!!!!4 doc visits (Doc didn’t complete form!) & 1 eye appointment.Should take half hr max !

I've recently registered and every person i've spoken to has been so helpful and friendly. I've had to wait a little on the phones but then every time managed to speak to someone who has helped. I rang this morning for a phone consultation and managed to get one within 8 minutes of being on the phone.I appreciate there will be times I may need to wait but they're a busy surgery. Very happy so far!

My recent experience was of exceptional kindness, understanding and efficiency. I am so grateful to the reception team, Dr Barford and secretarial team. You supported us at a time of family crisis and we are very grateful.

One of the worst experiences with a surgery possible. I’ve been with the surgery for 15+ years and the standards have been dropping at an alarming rate every year. The reception team is one of the worst I’ve seen with young girls spending most of their time gossiping and engaged in chit chat rather than answering calls and when they do answer calls they often get that wrong as well.Would not recommend.STAY AWAY

Had an awful experience recently. Receptionist Kirsty booked for appointment but never bothered to tell us it was a telephone. Wasted 3 hours of our time. Other receptionist Esther helpful and doctor eventually on phone was very professional.Takes 20/30 minutes to get through by telephone though.Poor communication let the service down massively…

I have been with Wake Green Surgery for 2 years and have always been so impressed with the service I’ve received. The reception team are lovely and always go out of their way to be welcoming, patient, kind and accommodating! I’ve received excellent medical help from both doctors and nurses and they act as swiftly as they can from my experience. The longest wait on the phone I’ve had was 15 minutes and this was due to me calling at peak time however I was regularly informed where I was in the queue of callers. They apologised for my wait and dealt with my enquiry efficiently and quickly. I would recommend the surgery! Thank you Wake Green team!

Phoned for a GP appointment, seen the same day and referred to the dermatology photography clinic. Seen by the clinic six days later and received an ‘all clear’ letter three days after the appointment. Excellent communication throughout.

I’ve been with Wake Green Surgery for 10 years and the service has been fantastic in the past. I was prioritised especially during difficult health ordeals and received excellent healthcare. However, these past few months have been challenging to not only make an appointment, but no one calling or showing up when appointments were made. It’s quite disappointing. I’m not sure if it’s because the surgery is short-staffed or they’re encouraging other mediums of communication with doctors, but the least they can do is show some decorum to their existing patients and communicate their expectations. I hope we can get this matter fixed as the healthcare by doctors is great.

It’s 8:20am the phone voicemail says they’re closed? I phoned to book a 16 week appointment for my pregnancy checkup and they booked me with a nurse and not the GP midwife?!? Poor nurse was confused and wasted my time and hers and now I have to rebook and tell them specifically to book me with the GP midwife. I mean this was there job and common sense for them. Good luck getting them to answer the phone even if the lines do open up.
