James came out to fix the locks on my doors which had broken. I thought as it was Bank Holiday weekend his charge for call out would have been higher, however it wasn't and that impressed me. He communicated well with me as to when he would be arriving and was professional and friendly.I would definitely recommend him :-)

During a meeting with Apex property protection, I explained there had been a number of petty property related crimes in my local area.

They replaced my locks, replaced my key safe with a safer one and fixed a motion sensor light to my driveway.
They were able to come out and do the job in a matter of days, which was important to me when you need to feel safe in your own home. This gentleman (James ) was most helpful in a situation where we had a problem with our lock. I had first rang a Scunthorpe based locksmith who was quick to give a quote of £120 to change our lock without giving any advice about what I could try first to fix the problem. However I wasn’t satisfied and called this gentleman, He responded quickly and luckily all we need was simple advice which he generously gave which worked great. I recommend him because he won’t try to rob you unnecessarily he will helpfully guide to solve your problem where possible.
