There are many issues that we found when we moved in, certainly not thorough with the checks, mostly cosmetic issues were listed. Even if you hire, I would recommend doing it yourselves spending some time.

I had a great experience with Gary conducting the snagging of my new house in Kildare. He made himself available on a short notice for the first and second insepctions. He provided a very detailed snag list, collaborated really well with the house buidlers, and the price was very affordable and reallt worth it for the amazing service he provided.

Great service and value for the survey! Nowadays every company is incredibly busy and giving you several weeks delay to do a survey or a snaglist, but Gary was available within a week, conducted a very thorough professional review of the apartment and in the same day he forwarded me a detailed pdf with all the annotations and pictures of every area he inspected, including observations and recommendations for improvement. Very happy with the service!

Gary snagged our house in Dublin. He is not just a great and professional snagger he is an extremely nice person as well. He snagged our house and reported every major and minor problem and also explained everything in detail that what needs to be fixed and why.
