My mother visited this store in hope of buying something and she was met with horrible customer service. The lady behind the counter made back handed and unnecessary comments in front of customers simply because she was challenged when trying to close a sale. If you bother reading reviews - understand one thing babu. When I visit this store in the future, you will apologise to my mother or I will make you apologise.

I have ordered from Midland Textiles several times online. Each time I have been well pleased with the quality of my fabric. The fibre content has been just what they say it is. The fabric itself has been lovely.The last time I ordered from them I ordered 3 samples instead of three metres of fabric in error, and they got on the phone and called me to make sure that I knew, and then cancelled the order for me so that I could correct it.For me, the customer service has been stellar. I'm incredibly impressed. It's very difficult in the age of the internet to find fabric shops that handle each customer individually and professionally. Next time we're in Birmingham I'll be stopping by.

Asked for a cushion cover to be made, done a fantastic job,good service.

Ordered a 25 metre roll....received two pieces one 18 metres one 3 metres so apart from the fact could not get 2 x.10 metre lengths I was 4 metres short. Customer service was non existent, definitely would not purchase again.
