This is the best soft play I've taken my 16 month old to, by far. The baby section is much bigger than any other soft play I've been to and so is the whole center. It even has a climbing wall and laser section. It seems to have allocated a special place for parties and kids clubs so that the space isn't compromised for people that want to use the facilities. The staff are lovely. Plenty of food options available. Bring some cash as there are fun machines for the kids to play on. The biggest slide is so fast, it's also fun for adults!

Expensive all round. Staff were abrupt and unhelpfull. Very little value for money. We won't be rushing back.

Went for a party, kids loved it. Adults were all melting in the blistering heat.

Great place to have a children's party lots of space for everyone.Lots of different activities. Party staff were great. Party we attended seemed well organised. Everywhere was very clean play area and facilities.Cafe staff lack some customer service skill very short with customers not a smile to be seen.Got our order wrong that was not the issue, the way they said oh well and walked away from our table without resolving the issues was the problem. Young girl with dark hair on the till was very miserable. But overall a fun time was had by all.

Generally one of the better soft play centres in the areas. Plenty of seating, a dedicated under 1 area (as they constantly keep announcing over one of the speakers), toddler area and one for bigger kids. Adults can easily get involved as there is plenty of head room. They also have a climbing wall which is included for free. There also mini golf and electric go karts but they are not free.Plenty of food and drink to choose from, but pricing but you expect that in these sorts of places. In terms of negatives...Parking is not great, spaces are small and there not enough given the size of the place. They charge for any kid over the age of 1, which is steep considering I came here with my 1, 2 and 10 year old on a Saturday and it cost nearly £20! They should considering better pricing levels instead of free for under 1 and then everyone else! The staff do their best to keep the place clean. But the tables, high chairs and floor in general is horrible. The toilets also stink. Maybe someone should consider cleaning them more often given the number of kids running about!I'd recommend coming early morning or a weekday when they charge less.

Wish I'd read the reviews before going. It was massively overpriced for under 2's. I'd be willing to pay £8 for an older child, but for a child that is too young to use the majority of the facilities, it seemed steep. The under 2's area, although sign posted, was full of older kids, one decided to do a flying jump into the ball pit which resulted in him kicking my 1 year old in the back with both feet. We asked the staff to ask the older children to exit the area, and they said they would but didn't. There were children as old as 10 in there! Parents were nowhere in sight. We sat down on our table to have a coffee (which was pretty terrible) and ended up with some random child on our table for 10 minutes just staring us out, probably 2.5 years old, if that. Again, parents are nowhere to be seen. It's such a big place, and the child was so young, how and why are you happy to let them out of your sight for so long?!?!Definitely won't be returning.

Too pricey for my liking even with just one child. I have just relocated and the difference in price is astronomical. Unable to take my grandson on a weekly day like before because of the cost. Why so high?????Will look around for a non ripoff option

I'll be fair. The staff need ALOT of training including how to listen to customers. Most of the staff are incredibly rude to such an extent I try not to talk to them as their customer service skill are non existent. If you approach staff they are very uninterested. The seating area needs cleaning and at 1015am on a Sunday morning makes you wonder. Either train your staff or close down.
