Can't fault this place.Bloke who served me was top notch. Didn't speak to me like 'a silly woman' which some car places do.He was polite, clear and professional.A lot cheaper than Halfords too.

Tried to get number plates made here. The person behind the counter didn’t have a clue on what was required legally to make up the plates. He advised I needed a printed paper copy of my license certificate and the electronic dvla certificate was not acceptable …. Which it is! Ended up going Halfords round the corner which did accept my digital certificate and actually worked out CHEAPER. Awful customer service with staff who clearly do not know basic car legislation. Very worrying avoid at all costs !

The thing with places like Car Spares is the knowledge they have. Halfords is ok if you know what you want but other than that they are usually just sales assistants.. this place is different. Helpful too. I like the website that selects the parts you need from your car registration; so useful. Used this place many times and never been disappointed
