Charles Hurst Jaguar Belfast

I bought Approved Used car fron Jaguar dealer as I was in hurry to buy car for business purpose. However huge rattling sound was not checked by them during 165 check guarantee and rear screen defogger not working and even though I personally expressed request tocreturn car within cooling period to salesman and service manager. They kept my car in garage for more than 1 month to repair with reasons like staff shortage, material requested . However i received car back with same problem. So I asked for work report then they said they were not able to identify the fault. Again they delayed repairing by saying April staff holidays. Finally took my car back in workshop with 1-2 day repair promise but took more than a week by keeping me owithout courtesy car initially. 4 montht passed still problem not solved. No support for car with less than 5 year life. Please guide where to go.

Again magnificent service from Charles Hurst Jaguar. Phoned 4 times everytine I got through to the parts department the phone rang for 3-4 minutes and then it either rang off or they hung up. Time to go online and order.

Excellent customer service, the best I have ever had. I was buying my car from Essex, England. The whole process was made extremely easy and the car arrived on time and very well presented.

Booked my car in for a service and told they don’t have time to fix 2 faults in a 2 year old car still under warranty. Ask to speak to the senior Manager he couldn’t care less and said the next appointment is September. The service guys are brilliant including the guy who booked me in on the day. Senior guy no flexibility at all.

I've had a problem since I purchased an F-Pace. Went to leave it back and was promised extended cover for 3 years. Now 2 years later and they say I have no extended cover and manager has left. Poorest excuses ever.
