Wow!! what an experience, I was skeptical as everyone would be at first as there is so much bad press about dodgy transplants etc fad shampoos , crazy diets , when i arrived at the clinic after A 2 hour drive i was welcomed with a drink and very smiley staff. The consultation was thorough and i understood every part of the process about getting my locks back!I am now 5 months in to my 6 month treatment and i dont want to leave! 10 ******

Met with Ashley the consultant was really happy with what he said I have just finished 6 months of treatment and my hair already feels a lot thicker, the staff team are really professional and Carla and Reagan are very helpful . Would highly recommend.

I have had alopicia for 46 yrs.. I decided for my 50th to treat myself to a hair system... I saw the video on facebook of Paul bowen having a system fitted by the hlc Stockport. I decided to go ahead and have 1 fitted myself. It cost me 1, 900 to have a full head done. That was for 2 systems in total. It was fitted incorrectly.. Cut very poorly....and wasn't the colour I ask for. Also in wasn't bonded correctly. The company was totally unwilling to resolve the situation. I may aswell just thrown away 1, 900 of my hard earned money down the drain. I wouldn't recommend this company Avoid at all costs!!!!

The Laser system did not work at all. It was a complete waste of time and money. The products no one is actually 100 % clear on how you actually use them.It felt like every time I went and actually was able to speak to someone they would change their mind on how to use the products.It’s a long rabbit hole of money to be thrown at with no result. And no money back of it doesn’t work!! I was told I would receive at least 30% back and nothing. After you have no result they will try to talk you into another course which will not help the problem.

One of the biggest Fake company in the uk genuinely no any results at all. They just lying about get hair back but unfortunately this is the way to just make Money. They’re rogue traders. Please advise to anyone DON’t sign them contract caz they will keep taking Money from account and they miss use people’s accounts

So here we go went and had a consultation after seeing a video of Paul Bowen online and wanted to see what the clinic could do for me i was then booked in with a gentleman called Joseph and he was very helpful and we went ahead and ordered my two hair systems for £875paid my deposit of £450.00 and rest to pay on day of fitting.I then had a call and a text message to confirm my hair piece had arrived and was booked for 30/09/2017 at 2pm now bearing in mind this is a very nervous time for someone getting a hair piece at such a early age so i was excited but very nervous.i drove from stamford to stockport clinic which is a 6 hour round trip.I had to book a days holiday and also arrange child care as it would not have been fair for my little girl to travel all that way.I turned up ten minutes before my appointment on the 30/09/2017 and sat in reception to be then taken in joseph office and the lady who fits them came in to say she had no system for me.I was so upset as like i said above its a very big thing to have something like this done when it has affected me for a long time.Joseph was very sorry and said ANDY THE OWNER had messed up the order and they didn't have my hair system.They said they would speak to Andy on the Monday and try to resolve this asap and give me discount.Since then 20 days later im still not been contacted by Andy himself and he has not told the staff anything about this other thanHE HAS ORDERED ME ANOTHER HAIR SYSTEMNo time frame or even mentioned a discountIm now having to get my Credit card company involved to try and get my £450 back as they will not give me my refund!This company are all up fort taking your money and as soon as they have it they dont give two sh~tsAvoid at all costs there are lots of clinics offering the same servcie out there now i have looked aroundyes some may be more in price but you get what you pay for!Oh and Andy the owner apparently nobody has a contact number for him and i wonder why this is?????AVOID AVOID AVOID

Where do i start, 26 years old, terribly thin hair that was affecting my whole life, to the point i stopped going out.I came to the consultation, it was private and professional as you'd expect. i went away to think about it for a few days and then thought id go for the Laser treatment, best decision ive ever made, my hair is thicker i actually have a hair style now and all my mates cannot believe it. I really can't thank the team there enough, your support has been fantastic.

I came here and so did 2 of my friends, all had the same treatment and all had zero results!!!! I didn’t even get a final consult, I got an email at a later date asking about my experience… I told them in the feedback to which I got a response asking which clinic, I told them stockport and then they never replied. The staff were nice but sounds like a scam to me. Avoid

I visited the Hair Loss Clinic 18 weeks ago and had a consultation with a lady called Jessica. She guided me through the process and made sure i was able to have the best treatment possible ensuring i understood the process. The clinic was clean & tidy and the staff look beautiful. Jessica is always on the end of the phone if i need her and i cant wait to continue my journey. All the staff I have encountered are also very lovely. Thank you ladies. Lucy
