Practical Car & Van Rental Windsor
I have had a great experience with the guys in Windsor.Rented a VW Transporter for 10 days to take the family Skiing in France. Very competitively priced quote and lovely experience dealing with the guys.The Van wasn't it A1 condition but this is a commercial van hire company so the vans have been used" by commercial clients and therefore can't expected to be in showroom condition.Externally the panels had a few "donks" on them but that's just a cosmetic thing. Mechanically the vehicle was sound and inside the cabin was clean and tidy.Will definately be using these guys again and have already recommended them to friends."

Excellent experience. Reserved car from overseas without any problems. Arrived on day of pick up, everything waiting for me and was in the car within 10 minutes.Car was very good condition and drove without issue.Car return was equally straightforward.I dealt with James and was very impressed with service.

Practical Car & Van Rental Windsor
I hired a car for the day to take us from Windsor to Highclere Castle. I was given a clean, well specked motor at a very reasonable price that was lovely to drive. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend them. A great location too, being just a 5 minute walk from our hotel in the centre of Windsor.

I would avoid at all costs, the van was awful condition, I had to tape the wing mirror on as it was not far off from falling off, doors wouldn't lock and constant beep whilst driving saying door was open, windscreen cracked and wipers poor condition. The van shouldn't be on the road till these issues are fixed.

For sure it was convenient; as I'm local in Windsor, and it was at an average price, but the website pictures/description and the condition of the van, are too far apart.I had to kick" the sliding door in to shut it closed

Have used a couple of times now and the service is efficient, positive and welcoming. Collection and return very straightforward, vans have definitely been around but are mechanically sound and very clean in the cab. Highly recommended.
