DO NOT USE ARC CLEANING!!! They didn't turn up to complete the job, wouldn't answer the phone when I wanted to check where they were. Took annual leave for a clean that did not happen! AVOID!!!

I recently had all of my carpets cleaned throughout the house and I was amazed at how much time, effort and professionalism was taken by ARC to clean them. I was particularly very pleased with the red wine stain which is now unnoticeable! I thoroughly recommend ARC for your carpet cleaning requirements at very affordable rates. Appauled with both cleaning service and customer service of this company. They use machinces that look like they are from the 80's and leave your carpets soaked for days! Stay away and don’t waste your money!!!

Been using Angus at Arc cleaning for over 10 years. Quality is superb great service. I am a letting agent so need last minute carpets cleans often, Angus always manages to deliver. Even came out in the bad snow once.
