ABi Doors

From start to finish I felt that I was in the hands of experts. The timetable for the work was quickly arrived at and then adhered to. The work involved the removal of a central brick pillar, building out the side walls, the removal of two up and over doors and the installation of a wide, single up and over door. The end result was exactly as anticipated and was achieved with a minimum of fuss and bother.

My wife and I ordered two new doors from ABi Doors on 6 September; the reason for choosing ABi Doors was because the website was excellent and we both felt that the Company was genuine and had the Customers needs at heart.The ABi Doors Installation Team (2 persons) fitted the doors on Mon 30 October and the Installation Team was led by Paul (Installation Manager).The doors look amazing. The Endurance Doors are amazing and the quality of the doors is there for all to see; the doors are extremely robust and solid and very secure.I would like to add that Paul (Installation Manager) was outstanding; his attention to detail, his knowledge of his trade and his diligence at all times was a credit to himself and the business and it was a pleasure for me to spend time with him during the day.I would also like to add that George Keighley, Sales Person, was also outstanding when he visited us and we placed the Order. George was very knowledgeable and extremely polite and explained everything clearly such that it was very easy to place an order with ABi Doors.My wife and I really enjoyed choosing ABi Doors and it was pleasure working with them.Well done ABi Doors.

From the initial enquiry for a replacement garage door through to the completed installation ABI have been first class. The initial survey was excellently carried out with all options well presented. The installation by Steve was top rate and I could not be happier with the finished product. Would highly recommend ABI to anyone who is in the market for a quality product that is expertly installed and all at a competitive price.

From first contact to being our door being fitted, everyone at ABI have been so lovely and knowledgeable. There was no pushy sales at all in either the showroom or the surveyor Chris who came out to us. fitting was quick and the door looks fantastic. From phoning the office to the completion of the repair, everything was done in a very professional manner.I was kept up to date by email and text as to when the engineer would arrive.When Simon did arrive, he fully explained the problem and carried out the repair showing me what he was doing.Would definitely recommend.

I recently called ABi arrange a repair of a Silvelox Garage Door. They advised they were unable to source parts but were more than happy to attend and see if they could repair on site. The chap arrived and he was lovely, really helpful, he stripped the covers off and managed to fix it within an hour or so and explained what had gone wrong with it etc. He also serviced the other 2 doors and again explained and showed me what was done. Really good service, will definitely use again.

I contacted ABi Doors following a recommendation from a friend. I needed my garage electric roller doors servicing. From first contact with Grace to Craig the engineer who carried out the service, the service was exceptional. They were informative, knowledgeable and professional. Craig arrived when we expected, he was very experienced and carried out the service efficiently, professionally and the doors are working much better. I definitely recommend this company and will use them again.

Fabulous from start to finish. I was nervous about replacing our garage door but ABi came and did a survey and presented me with all my options. There was no hard sell. I received the quotes the day after the survey and I chose an electric garage door in keeping with my neighbours doors. The new door cost less than I was expecting. It was fitted a week after the survey. Just perfect. The old door and it’s frame taken away too. No mess. No rubbish left just a perfect, new, electric garage door. Thanks to ABi. Deborah
