Called to ask about dog nail clipping told them I have a American bulldog and she said no thank you ??????? Never had this experience before if u only cater for tiny dogs state so,but his to say no thank you is just bad customer service ,try explaining yourself

Diana is amazing - she always does an excellent job and our dog is v happy to go. We have been taking our cockapoo to Paw in Hand for over a year now - by far the best groomer we have been to and we wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Excellent value for money too.
