Blackpill Lido
I have visited many parks. This one definitely needed an upgrade. The equipment seems a bit haphazard, some lovely pieces however! Added extra being next to a lido and the beach.

Blackpill Lido
Yes very nice location with a lovely outdoor pool for children. The food served in the cafe near the pool is very good and the staff very friendly and helpful. There are very clean toilets on the site.

Blackpill Lido
Great for families get get soaked in the water area or little ones to play in the playground area. Parking nearby but costs £2.50 for an hour, so you may want to seek alternative ways of getting there if you plan to stay a while

Blackpill Lido
Lovely place to take the kids. The lido is fun. Although a little cool today.Cheap day out if you take a picnic. Lots of green area to have a picnic. Nice park, too. And also beach access. The land train was also running today. All in all, I couldn't fault it

Blackpill Lido
What a great place. Excellent paddling pool and playground, all really well maintained. There's a kiosk selling food and drink, inflatables and even beer. Nice clean toilets too. Best of all, it's free to enter.

Blackpill Lido
A great place for kids! We stopped for a cold drink on our walk from Swansea to The Mumbles. Lido is right on the beach so plenty of safe options for little ones to have fun in splash pool as well as sand castles on the gorgeous sands. Cafe and toilets but best of all...free! No sign of noisy arcades or money making touristy tat. Brilliant for families!

Blackpill Lido
Nestled within the heart of Swansea and offering a picturesque view of Swansea Bay, Blackpill Lido is a summer haven that caters to families and individuals alike. Its prime location on Mumbles Road makes it a favorite amongst locals and visitors. One of the main attractions is undoubtedly the paddling pool. Its shallowness and gentle current make it a safe and enjoyable spot for the little ones. Meanwhile, the splash pad, with its eclectic mix of water features, guarantees laughter and fun. The variety of water fountains and jets is bound to keep kids engaged for hours. The water quality is excellent, guaranteeing safety and the best experience for everyone. For the adventurers, the climbing rock offers a unique challenge. While tailored for older kids and adults, it stands as a testament to the Lido's commitment to catering to all age groups. The dry play area is another feather in its cap. With a slew of climbing equipment, slides, and even a sandpit, it complements the water activities perfectly.Picnic enthusiasts aren't left out either. The Lido boasts ample facilities for a leisurely day out, complemented by a cafe for those who'd rather not pack their own meals. The on-site kiosk further ensures that all your cravings, be it for hot foods, beverages, or a simple ice cream, are catered to.Accessibility is a key focus here. The Lido provides a RadarKey-Enabled Disabled Toilet, separate toilet facilities for gents and ladies, baby changing amenities, and an open shower. Such considerations ensure that everyone, regardless of their needs, can have an enjoyable experience. What sets Blackpill Lido apart, however, is its historical significance. Located adjacent to the historic Blackpill Railway Station, it pays homage to the world's first passenger horse car railway service – the iconic Swansea and Mumbles Railway. The newly introduced Swansea Bay Rider Land Train adds a touch of nostalgia and is a must-try for all visiting.Parking is a breeze with ample pay and display car parks located conveniently across the street. This makes planning a visit all the more hassle-free.Lastly, the thoughtful addition of deckchair hires ensures that comfort is never compromised. The mature trees providing ample shade make for a serene setting, ideal for a relaxing day.Blackpill Lido is not just a water park; it's a blend of fun, history, and relaxation. Whether you're looking to splash around, explore history, or simply laze under the shade, this spot promises a day well spent.

Blackpill Lido
Beautiful day out with the family. The site is safe and clean, with a fun park, a splash zone and also the beach a stone throws away. Toilets onsite, places to get refreshments. Had a lovely visit with my son. Definitely will be back when he is older

Blackpill Lido
Very well looked after area and new play area for a range of ages. My son who is 2 had alot to explore and play with. My only complaint is the pool itself looked a little grimey and dirty around the sides and edges. But apart from that it's a wonderful place to take the kids !
