We have baught a house here from watermills in feniscowles, and I recommend NOT to buy from this place, the build quality is shocking, the management is shocking the support is shocking the service is shocking, these are NOT a company to trust to buy a home from.

Disrespectful! Working on the day of the Queen's State Funeral? Banging and clattering and yelling like it's any other Bank Holiday? As your close neighbours we unfortunately know you don't give a monkey's about us, but I'd have thought even you would have had a day off, given the proximity

Dont buy from there- we reserved a plot in feb 2022. Told the house would be ready in August. We exchanged in august to be told the house wouldnt be ready til , September, then October then December then then January. Every time told the date had changed within 2 weeks of completion. We were given the final completion date in March only to get a phone call the week before estimated completion saying the builder had gone into liquidation and they were withdrawing the sale of the property. We wasted 12months of our lives waiting for our dream house from them! Broke our hearts and put us off ever working with a new build company. Save your time and money and dont buy from them.
