Great customer service spoke to cris gave us plenty of time on our own with the car no pushy sales told us all the good and not so good with the car bought the car and my grandson is over the moon with it for a low budget I would certainly recommend affordable cars

Purchased my new clio and I couldn’t be happier, the car is amazing and they even had it valeted for me plus the sales guys were amazing and spent so much time going through everything with me and showing me how the car works. Couldn’t fault them such an amazing service!!

Fantastic customer service at both the Newhaven and Peacehaven branches. A good variety of second hand cars. We had been recommended by friends to have a look and we are glad we did!

Bought a used car here in September with the help of Chris. He was really polite, friendly and informative throughout - not rushing me or intimidating in any way, which I’ve found being a young woman trying to buy a car before. After a few visits, I found the right car for me and took for a test drive, sorted out papers and picked up. The car had a full service and MOT. A few days later, the engine light came on - so Chris advised to bring back so they could take to their garage and have a thorough look. After sorting it, a few days later it happened again - and I took it back; and unfortunately happened again a third time, to which they said they were going to take it to another garage all of which is covered by warranty. I have two young children and my husband doesn’t drive - Chris picked up my car and dropped it back during all these times, and assured me they will get to the bottom of it. They did (this was October) and I haven’t had an issue since. It was very frustrating at the time, but the mechanic said was one of those unlucky things and shouldn’t happen again. Whilst it was annoying, Chris was lovely and extremely helpful, making sure I was going to be happy and satisfied with the car - and assured me this had never happened before. I think it was just bad luck, but Chris and Grant are extremely trustworthy, informative sellers who make sure the costumer is always happy. Really so recommend.

Would thoroughly recommend Ferry Car Sales. Easy people to deal with, not pushy. Our car had a couple of problems but was sorted out easily, which showed their 3 month warranty works. It's the second car we've bought from there and will go there again without hesitation.
