Hello Student Accommodation, Provincial House

Very good service and super friendly staff. Great accommodation for students.

I agree to the comments about the staff being friendly. The accommodation is acceptable. The common area and the gym are nice. However, I would like to point out things that I did not like:1. This building is old and there is a lot of cracks in the walls2. It gets a little noisy when someone above/below you takes a shower or flushes the toilet as you can hear it in your room3. Oh and be prepared to start a war with spider and insects, they'll be your weekly visitors

I had a truly memorable time living as a resident at Provincial House. All members of staff were friendly and welcoming, from the managers on duty to the maintenance and cleaning staff, everyone made all residents welcome especially in such a culturally diverse environment.From the get-go, the facilities were terrific and ideal for all types of students to live, to study or hold social events. My room was both spacious and comfortable, and I was able to make it a home away from home. Any issues that developed were handled swiftly and efficientlyAs a masters student, I was able to study without worry of being disturbed in the study provided, including having group meetings during projects. I loved the cinema room, and it was a great space to hang out with my friends to watch a movie or play video games.For social events, either arranged by myself or Provincial House, the common room was a great space with its decor and ambience. Also, it was an excellent opportunity to meet new people and learn more about cultures from around the world.Overall I can say that living in Provincial House has something for everyone looking for student accommodation. I had a great year there, and I hope you do too.

Great accommodation for student

Provincial house is a great student accommodation, the block A building it is a hundred years old, but, the interior of the room is very new, also, it has a very comfortably sofa for every room. Believe me that is best of Sheffield accommodation, if you living here never want to leave it.

Building is old and the need alot of maintenance. Security is not available 24 /7 !! plus ..full of spiders !! Other than that , staff is friendly.

Being in my final year, this is by far the best place i have stayed. Its always cleaned, multiple times per week from the cinema to the gym and corridors. The friendly staff who genuinely care about you and if you are enjoying your stay.To the quality rooms and the quiet nature of the accommodation. I will definitely miss provincial house!!Thanks Della and the team!

Very friendly reception staff and a great location for The University of Sheffield International College. It is also very close to Tesco Express, and a short walk to the Diamond. I have tried different accommodations and this one is by far my favorite. I am getting a quality living space for the cost; I truly have another home here.

Extremely pleasant accommodation with very very nice staff who are helpful and friendly. Very good internet and was a fantastic place to spend my final year in Sheffield in. The rooms are spacious and delightful and all the amenities such as cinema room are fantastic.

Giving this place 5 stars for a few reasons:1. The staff are really lovely and friendly and deserve all the best things in the world.2. Extremely short walk to a nearby Tesco Express which is so handy.3. Great location for the university of Sheffield, 10-15 minute walk.4. Pretty good sized rooms, considering that other properties by this company in other places charge the same amount for half the amount of living space.Couple of issues. These are outside of the company’s control but it’s just stuff to let you know about if you’re considering living here.1. If your room is by this engineering building it’s very noisy (like consistent whirring all the time). The windows are pretty good at blocking it out and you do get used to it but it’s still slightly annoying if you want the window open.2. The parking outside is limited and only for 2 hours, any longer and the council people seem pretty quick to book you. Fine if you don’t have a car but just something to consider if you do, and parking around this area is awful.
