Their staff in Portswood - simply brilliant! Their availability to assist when needed does make a difference in the overall shopping experience . Portswood Waitrose very poor selection of fruit for weeks e.g. no organic strawberries, blueberries, raspberries. Often poor quality when available. Items e.g. Rude Health Chilled Oatmilk 1lire currently reduced in price (£2.40 to £1.80) indicate price hike in next week or so; similarly with Dorset Cereals Organic Muesli £4.20p? Waitrose increasing profits at expense of customers in 'cost of living' crisis? Cheers Waitrose!!

Thanks for the great experience at your Southampton branch in Portswood!Me as a late 30s guy with ID not allowed to purchase a bottle of rum while shopping with my nephew and have security guard next to me incase I do a runner, yes some cake and rum.Better stop those Asians is the attitude I felt.Disgusting staff and she should be shamed on herself.

Three of us went to buy a bottle of rum. We were all aged above 25, two of us had our BRP while one had her university Id(we were all masters students). The lady there just took the bottle and started walking not even trying to listen to what we have to say. At the same time other people were coming and buying alcohol without any checks or anything. We all looked well above 18. How can someone have a university Id for masters if they are not above 18?. Like someone else mentioned in the comments below, stop the non-whites". Clearly felt it was targeted because like I said other people
