The staff here are so so helpful and flexible. Extremely understanding of circumstances and genuinely just want to help. The location is a good spot but I wouldnt have known about if it not for a friend. But I am so glad this friend recommended it and I cannot begin to thank them enough for their assistance. They have now got themselves a new regular customer.

Failed MOT due to some corrosion - had driven 13000miles since last MOT. Straight to RAF-totally trust this guy, he sorted out our mechanical issues with the van the last time and we have had no issues mechanically since. He worked on the van the same day, sorted out all the issues, retested for MOT following day and for the first time the van has a clean MOT pass with no advisories. Amazing service, lovely family run business, would not go anywhere else for our vehicle now we have found this place!

Garage were super helpful when I broke down, towed me in they promptly phoned me to discuss the fault gave me a reasonable quote for work needed.My car was fixed the next day. Very friendly helpful staff, I would highly recommend them.

Can’t thank these guys enough . ABS pump/ module failed Christmas week , within two days got me a new ( second hand ) module sent from Scotland , fitted it , and coded it to the car . Very friendly and went above and beyond to get me back on the road , and at a very reasonable price , will use these guys again without a doubt

Great bunch, changed my CV Boot for me as it was knackered, got me in the same day which was fantastic. Took about an hour and did a great job. Nice and out the way aswell which was nice standing outside in the Sun. Will be using again.

Our car broke down and annoyingly was quite a big job to fix, we rely heavily on our car and none of the repair shops in the Norfolk and Norwich area would book us in until a month later. RAF Auto Centre booked us in straight away and we had our car back in 2 days!! Very impressed with their services and you couldn't get a better price if you tried!! Will definitely be coming back here!

Raf re built my sons mini cooper s engine, and also found other items that required replacement, we could not find any one else to do this type of work, car out of action from may this Yr, let down by other garage,Raf is 100% honest, up front, and fair,the car was even washed and hoovered clean inside,By Eva,thanks, car tested by road test 30 miles, any issues, take it back,both Raf and Eva are very friendly and welcoming, you will not be disappointed, top service, give them a try,great people,will look after you,many thanks Raf and Eva.Thank you very much john, sally and joshua, very happy to get his car back on the road
