A truly wonderful experience with a professional friendly and helpful team.Every time I visit the boutique in St Ann's Square Manchester, I am made to feel welcome and at home. It's always a most pleasureable experience.Thank you to Michael and his team.

My friend and I were ready to go in and purchase a Tag Heuer and an Omega, the money was immediately available to us and we were ready to pay in full. Potentially bringing in +£15,000 to this branch.However we were not allowed in by the security guard. I was wearing a bomber jacket and trainers and my friend a similar casual outfit. Immediately, on the street, we were stopped by this incredibly abrupt security guard. He told us we had to make an appointment to go in. It is a Thursday afternoon, the shop was empty.I asked the guard directly it is because our faces don't fit isn't it?"We were fobbed off with some clearly improvised answer akin to "no it's just that we need time to do this and that..."If I am prepared to spend hard earned money on a WATCH when I could be buying something far more worth my while

A birthday present for my husband that ruined the experience from start to finish and took the joy out of enjoying a luxury watch. Despite the excitement at the prospect of owning such a high-end timepiece, the entire process will leave a sour taste for a very long time.Purchased a watch (Panerai Luminor). I purchased the watch with a promise that they would provide a large strap, which took several weeks to arrive. The watch stopped working after 4 weeks, before we were able to use it (the strap arrived after the watch failed). The watch was taken in for repair in December 2022 and returned in March 2023.There was a lack of communication throughout the process (disinterested). They have still not explained what the problem was with the watch. Had to constantly chase for an update.Having supplied a faulty watch they have refused all requests for a refund, offered no compensation, have not extended guarantee period, (despite no use of the watch for months), and refused to accept any responsibility.I see no possible excuse for the approach taken. Watches of Switzerland, Manchester have failed to provide a high level of customer service and attention to the problem.Note: Watches of Switzerland, Manchester only deserves a zero rating, however this is not a choice on Google review, resulting forcing a one star rating that doesn't accurately reflect my experience.

Stunning shop. A real flagship store. Service is of a high standard and professional. Really enjoyed my last visit to them. They were absolutely first rate.

As far as my experience went, the staff were very friendly and courteous. Chris was excellent at explaining everything throughly and sorting me out quickly, whilst still being patient. Another staff member- I believe called James- helped out really well, competently and was incredibly friendly and passionate. They worked well as a team to make sure I was attended to.They allowed me to look at a variety of pieces before purchasing.They mentioned about invites to future events so I hope I receive these in the future.
