Acclaim Logistics Ltd - Isle of Wight

We were a long term corporate customer of Acclaim. But I can honestly say I have never dealt with a company who had so little customer care. Not just when you have big issues but even those small issues. We received a very consistently poor service and experience compared to our new logistics firm.Acclaim didn't want to help us resolve our particular issues or try to meet somewhere along the path when a few things arose. It was a strange approach - just silence. It was a loss of an 150k contract this year to them, all over £900 worth of invoicing issues.Unfortunately due to this unethical approach from Acclaim I would not recommend at all.if you are after transparency, support and consistent delivery for your growing business tread carefully with Acclaim.

Tia at Acclaim was really helpful and arranged a collection of donated goods from the mainland to our charity on the island the very next day. Great service and very pleasant to deal with. Thank you

Used for the first time 2 weeks ago.Booking all went well.They collected the item when they said they would.But.....The item they delivered was damaged by the time it arrived at the delivery address.Item was sold through eBay.It wasn't a cheap item, sold for £3500.The buyer contacted me the following day after it was all unwrapped to find that in transit an important part had been snapped off.Meaning the item no longer worked.Called acclaim straight away to be told they couldn't refund the replacement part.Many emails were sent backwards and forwards.They also told me because my item was second hand they would pay out.Feeling very frustrated I called them and they were no help at all.They also told me that the item didn't look damaged when they delivered it.It seems they have x-ray vision to be able to see through dark blue plastic wrapping.Totally disgusted with the after service from this company, and will defintaly not be using them again.I'm now in contact with trading standards about this matter.

Friendly helpful staff, Fast with sorting delivery/ collection queries. Not had a bad experience with them. Overall a great company!

Just used Acclaim Logistics, I experienced outstanding customer care, excellent delivery service & they couldn't of been more helpful, accommodating & diligent to my needs. I was extremely worried as I was having Handmade Sofas delivered costing over £2,500-if they got damaged I'd have no comeback & seeing as though they were the heaviest solid wood sofas they'd ever come across, as you can imagine I was gravely concerned but the Acclaim team couldn't of been more considerate & careful. Overall I am an extremely happy customer who couldn't be more thankful to the Isle of Wight logistics team in particular Darren & his exceptional customer service. I'd have no concerns recommending them to anyone who requires their expertise. Many Thanks again guys, hope to do more business with you in the near future.

Delivered our conservatory furniture from the mainland to our home on the island, quickly, efficiently and at a competitive price. The customer service was excellent and Jack their driver couldn’t have been more helpful. Happy to recommend them !

Very friendly efficient staff, with excellent communication from quotation through to final delivery. Great service from delivery guys, and depot/office staff were superb (Bob and Rachel notably). Would highly recommend this brilliant company.

Want to thank Dylan at Acclaim logistics. I had an issue with 2 of my pallets being collected. There was a mix up at the collection and Dylan sorted it all and send a driver straight away to collect the correct pallets. Thank you.

I had problems with a delivery from the mainland to the Isle of Wight as my order sat in a depot for two weeks. Tommy Pearce helped me sort out the delay in getting my pallet to the island and kept me informed as to progress including delaying another delivery so the two items could be delivered together. What a helpful company and a pleasure to deal with. Great customer service from Tommy.
