Mill Road Car Park

Upper deck barriered off today, unclear why. Car park surface in need of some love. Operator seems to intend to swap to pay on arrival soon, which is unfortunate as being able to just park and sort out payment at the end of a trip was a great selling point and something NCP offer.

Usually no problems with this parking. Will start avoiding since prices have gone up, specially since I was charged £6 o Monday at 00.10am. My train was delayed and arrived passed midnight. So from paying £2.50 for a Sunday, I had to pay £8.50!! Ridiculous. I tried contacting yourparkingspace and all they said is they can't process cancellation....what cancellation? I didn't even ask about cancelling!

Brilliant car park!Next to rugby station( 10 second walk) £5 a day for weekdays and £2 on the weekends. You can pay when you leave. I think for the price and location is definitely 5 stars from me!

Height barrier despite being the only logical place to park my campervan to get the train. I don't have a vehicle under 2.1m so can't park here. Ridiculous

£2.50 all day parking on a Saturday whilst get the train to London.Can't complain

Cheaper than the official station car parks and only one minute from the rear entrance to the station. £6 for the day Monday to Friday and cheaper at the weekend. The lower part of the car park is regularly full by 7.30am mid week. There is also a coffee van there now in the morning.

I use this car park when heading to London from Rugby station. As that’s already expensive enough (thanks Avanti West Coast) this car park is brilliant because it’s half the price of the ‘other one’ over the road. Add to that the team are continually making updates to the car park, whether that’s payments or lighting or just the things you need to make parking really easy. AND on top of that - the customer service is absolutely excellent both on site (in person) and online via email or their Facebook account. They are kind, responsive, and at Christmas I got a box of chocs left on my car. I nearly cried. (It had been a long day.) Seriously, if you’re going to Rugby station park here. It’s fab. (And as a woman alone loads of lights so nice and safe.)

The very best car park by far for Rugby Station by far. Great staff and when I had to email them regarding a self-inflicted problem they were really helpful and their customer service was brilliant!
