Jude has been a fantastic help from the very start of buying my Rolex watch to receiving the delivery of it. He kept me informed all the way through the buying process The watch was exactly as described, delivery was very quick and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. They were great! They stayed patient while I decided whether to purchase the watch I was looking at - an antique pocket watch. We then negotiated the price and came to an amicable price. Finally, they helped with customs from the UK to the US. All-around a wonderful experience. I highly recommend them and would definitely purchase from them again.

Danielle was very helpful with really good communication. The watch arrived on time and the web pictures and description did not do it justice. The watch was in beautiful condition and is performing well. The strap, box , instruction manual was all in great order. I have had very service and it has been an extremely good experience which I am grateful for and happy to recommend.

We have purchased many items of jewellery and watches from here and everything has been exceptional. The customer service and care throughout the process from start to finish has always been outstanding, this is our go to place when we require anything new. Recently, there was an incident which ended in watch papers being stolen and Nica was amazing. She has helped us hugely and managed to sort everything we required - we can’t thank her enough!! No doubt we will be back soon, thanks again for everything!
