Great facility, flexible options and very helpful staff. My tenure started shortly before the whole COVID lockdown and the staff were very understanding and accommodating re: things that suddenly were no-longer possible.

Dear future customers,My Name is Mr Peter Agate, We were brought down suddenly from the Ross-shire area just before last Christmas. It was all done very quickly, both my wife, (reason why we came), and my self have a few medical problems, including balance, (long term). We could not find a storage place at quick notice, some how, can't remember how, we were given the Crest Storage co. address. Gave them a ring, made an appointment, went to see them, looked around, offered storage unit, excepted, done the paper-work, all completed. Local removal co. Ha yes, it was him who put them to us. (Collin McInnis Falkirk), He came up, collected our belongings, brought them down, and stored them.Our belongings have been there ever since.I would strongly recommend their services, even more so if you were in the Stirlingshire area.We knew were our belongings were, all safe and sound, Mr McInnis had checked for us several times.Please do use this facility.Best wishes, kind regards Mr Pete Agate

Nice service, clean, we were asked if we wanted to change our storage as there was a pillar in it. you can also buy padlock, dust sheets, tape etc in reception. Highly recommended.

We used Crest Storage in March for my company Physiofocus, while moving premises and had a number of small and large items which we just needed to store until we could be sure we needed them or not. The whole experience was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for their team. Communication excellent and emails always replied instantly. The building was clean and I have always felt my equipment was very secure. Access to the building was convenient, even during lockdown, and had been thought through. Overall I was v happy and would recommend Crest Storage and use them again.

Lots of screws on the ground where cars park; I picked up ten and there were lots more. I worried about getting a flat tyre.

I was actually at Crest curtains and blinds situated in the office space above crest storage.The service I received was excellant. My Newhouse was measured for curtains quickly and efficiently. I was then shown samples which were discussed in I friendly, hassle free manner. My questions were answered and needs taken into account.I made my decision and a quote given that was good enough for me to place an order there and then.We'll done Mr Blaney!

I think it’s unfair that their price match policy does not match the nearest company that provides 24 hour access the same as them.The nearest is Glasgow SafeStore 22 miles from them that offer 24 hour access, which were 50% cheaper, however they only price match up to 15 miles.They also state SafeStore is not the same as they do not have individually alarmed units, however they still do require a key code and fob to get in as well as the lock on your unit and 24 hour manned cctv.I have checked and there are no companies I can see within a 15 mile radius that offer indoor storage units the same as them. So I say it’s just a scam, a reputable company would say okay let’s work with you when SafeStore are 50% cheaper.Tried to work it out with them via email but just keep running in to a cannot / do not want to help you mindset.Shame
