Shocking service, they say you will get call half an hour before delivery and you can watch live updates; well delivery updates said the driver was 1 delivery away from my house, he didn't call till he got to the property and left immediately despite turning up 12 minutes before the scheduled window; phone the company but nobody would help ; they won't deliver till next week ;

Received my suite this morning after a phone call yesterday to let me know they would be here this morning and another phone call half hour before delivery. The delivery men were polite and friendly. Delighted with service.

Delivery was scheduled between 13.30 pm and 16:30 and driver was supposed to call 30min before delivery. Driver flashed my phone at 16:30 and I called back but he wouldn't answer. 17:18 I call back he tells me he's 16min away. However, I received a text that delivery has failed so I called the driver and the very same person that said he's 16min away, told me they came and I was not there. Just don't use them!

Had a delivery booked in. Watched the driver go past my house to another street then back past without coming onto mine. Tracker then said that delivery had failed due to no one being home despite never coming near my house. Then had to wait 45 minutes on a webchat just to be disconnected with literally no help given to then start another webchat to be told my delivery will have to be rescheduled and I need to wait 24 hours before I can even rebook my delivery. Absolutely shocking service and wouldn't use again if I have the choice.

Ordered a TV was a slight hiccup with the address, I missed a call from them but within 4 minutes I called them twice trying to get it sorted, no answer, I left a text. I then phoned the number for customer service and was told they could do nothing and had to speak to the company that I ordered from to sort addresses. Extremely unhelpful, and not even a answering their phones really annoyed me. Avoid at all costs.

Inverness Office were excellent, cannot fault the service. Very helpful as the sofa had previously been delayed by the supplier. The guys went out of their way to track the item in Airdrie. Delivery guys were very helpful, due to space available they were still able to deliver and cannot thank them enough.ArrowXL have had some bad reviews but the service we received was second to none and highly recommend them.Great job guys keep it up.

Our delivery was scheduled for today and true to their word our delivery arrived as expected. Took our old fridge freezer for recycling new fridge freezer was unpacked for us and the packaging taken away. Very polite and friendly delivery team. Will certainly use again. Many thanks.

Absolute disgrace of a company. 2 times I was called and told delivery man outside my property with no forewarning and on different date to the set delivery date. Both times they blamed it on me for not picking up my phone on the same morning to know they were coming - I was at work?! And both times I was told the company would be in touch to reschedule...never happened. Then went online to resolve this issue and told to call someone else by 'Sarah'. Should be embarrassed to call yourselves a company. Any good reviews are obviously written by the company.

It must be embarrasing to be a director or even employee with this company. Having just read 5 pages of very negative reviews on the back of my parcel arriving at their depot yesterday (wed) to be told it won't be delivered until Monday. For a service industry to have such consistent negativity attached to it i am utterly surprised they still have a business. No stars.
