Clean. Quite small. Great little shop to have locally. When it’s busy I feel the line to the checkouts are not very suitably positioned.

I was supposed to collect my Argos order from the shop, never received a notification/email saying that parcel is ready for collection and days were passing. When I tried to call them either nobody answered the phone or rudely told me to hold the line and then hung up. Then my husband tried talking to them face to face and they were also rude and sent him away. Good that Argos is a reliable company and offered me a refund.

I am uber driver. I got two deliveries from this store and his representative gave me one wrong delivery. Although I asked him is that right delivery. He said yes.When I reached at costumer house. He shouted at me. I apologized him and returned to store. I tell them all situation they said they know that was wrong delivery and they could have called me when I was on the way. I talked to manager he was smirking and behaving bad. They did even have courtesy to say sorry. Even they said they can’t do anything , call uber. I have wasted my time and lost money. Even I could lost my job as well.Irresponsible staff.Unprofessional people

Have been using this stored regularly well done to all staff from security at door to argos lady who got my click and collect have recently moved in with my mum to this area and will definitely be a regular

The Sainsburys here in Elm Park is brilliant for quick shopping visits to get some house essentials or to grab some snacks. The prices here are very fair and it features an ATM machine just outside which is also very handy.

Rude customer service from the cashier and the security guard was rude for no reason too. Did not offer me a bag and did not offer to pack it either. No customer service at all.
