Well Pharmacy

Me and my husband came to get his medication.. served by Nida Najali and i cannot say enough bad things about her… very poor patient service.. i told her my husbands DoB and name and simply said she cannot find the prescription and told me to leave after i asked again as i knew the medication was overdue… she did not try to find or track the medication or help me in anyway but told me to leave. The prescription was in fact already dispensed…She made a scene in front of other customers instead of handling it professionally.I took my daughter here previously to take a look at her ear and she was extremely unprofessional making faces about her ear… overall she has really upset me and ruined experience at this pharmacy.

Efficiency does not exist I've had my prescriptions sent elsewhere because when they were sent here I had to wait up to 35-40 minutes for my medication

Great service very friendly staff. However since they moved things got a little to the worse... They have one pharmaciatnin their shop and this person rarely makes on time to be there for opening. Sometimes even causing that they don't even open if the pharmacist rings sick. It would be highly recommended to have two pharmacist in this business amd if they have them not available at least those prescriptions that has been done by them should be handed out or home delivered. I have had a few times that Inhad to ask for emergency prescription over the pahone so I could have my asthma inhalers. One pharmacist is not good enough.

Worst pharmacy I have ever used. Slow rude service, never answer their phones, I have watched staff actively ignore picking up calls when I have been in the pharmacy. Every time I go in to collect my repeat prescription there is always some kind of issue saying they haven't been given the prescription slip (which is complete lies). And they close for an hour between 1pm and 2pm which is a complete joke seeing as they barely do any work anyway. Awful awful pharmacy

Helpful, especially with my elderly partner whim has recently moved and has had trouble with his new address apparently being out of the Dr's catchment area. His heart pills are needed, and the lady on the other end of the phone couldn't have been anymore helpful had it been her own husband.

This chemist is the worst one ever known . For over 3 years have had to ring every month as perscription never gets delivered on time ...I ring for my daughter who is housebound and on a 6 pages perscription every month ,with heart drugs ,diabetic drugs ( insolin) .morphin so all very important drugs that if u miss them you know about it .... been admitted to hospital many many times as drugs not been available when they should be . Only this last month delivered late and items missing .and 2 weeks on and still missing .. pregrablin what controls her nerve pain in arms legs ect .now in agony as no perscription delivered ..

Absolutely shocking.Waiting over 10 minutes to be served.Wasn't acknowledged once at all!!When you call up nobody answered the phone.They're awful.

Had to ring multiple times to get through. Promised a text message when prescription ready to collect but did not get one. After getting through they promised it be ready the same day, but no message that day. My medication ran out, so I called the next day and still not ready. It was eventually ready that same day (after complaining somewhat).They are promising a service that they do not seem able to keep. Unfortunately the next nearest chemists are some distance away.Summary: Need to call multiple times to get through, text messages not sent out and prescriptions not ready on time, even when you've asked them to do it for you.

Months On They’ve Changed Location To Across The Road! I Still Wouldn’t even give them 1 star! Wouldn’t give them a star rating at all! Absolutely disgrace of a pharmacy! No one answers the phones Still And Just Stand About Chatting! The pharmacist Was Late And Then Disappeared All Day Apparently Gone For Lunch Each Time My Carer And Myself Went For My Medication! I Ended Up Getting My Medication 3 Days Later Because Of This! 3 Days In agonising pain Because Of Their Useless Pharmacist! I’ve Now Requested To Change My Pharmacy! Even Tho This One Is Closer! But unfortunately I’m not prepared to wait a week and half For My Medication Again!

Reviews are only low because only people with bad experiences will report it. I'm sure there are many people with good experiences but don't write it on google.I've seen the staff working very hard, they have tons of prescriptions coming in each day and each has to be checked vigorously to ensure they won't do harm to the patient as the GP doesn't always get it 100% right. If you have to wait or if they miss a phone call it's because they can't multitask everything at the same time, I've seen them non stop working and appreciate them for it.
