After browsing the range of cars online I went to my local dealership which was Harold Wood Audi. I was reluctant as I was passing and hadn’t made an appointment. The staff were extremely polite and we were introduced to Hussein El Houdry who listened to our needs and took us for a test drive. He has taken the stress away from placing the order, choosing our options and taking delivery of our car. The service he has given us has been outstanding. He helped set up the Audi connect services when we took delivery of our car and even came for a drive with us in so that we could ask any questions about the car. He called us after the we took the car to make sure everything was ok. I would recommend this dealership to anyone considering an Audi. Hussien is a credit to Group One Audi. Nothing is too much for him, he proved this when helping me with my purchase. I will definitely be placing an order with him again.

Where do I start. So like some other customers I had this gearbox malfunction error(amber) took car to Audi Harold wood, car was there the whole day, they called in the evening and said the technician can’t see the error on the dashboard so can’t look into that. Wasted my whole day. 2 weeks later, gearbox fault (in red) and car wouldn’t move. There’s a lot more after that but I’ll come to the end.It costed me nearly £1900 for something which I reported well in time and got ignored and eventually got blamed for it.It also costed me 3 months of loss of income and car rental to continue my life as I have young children and other commitments.It’s the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life where every single department failed me whether it is Harold wood dealership, AUDI UK, VWFS. I believe they all are working in bad faith and do whatever it takes to rip you off.I still have more than 2 years on my contract and I am genuinely concerned for any future issues.I DON’T WISH THIS COMPANY TO MY WORST ENEMY.

Please check your car thoroughly before collecting it after the purchase.I feel like I have used all possible channels to amicably resolve the issue and as this branch decided to ignore my requests for the update regarding the warranty repair for the recently purchased Audi Approved vehicle, the only way is to share my experience.I purchased my A5 early this year, and after a few days of using it, I spotted that one of the indicators in the mirror is cracked internally. I would let it go but a few days after I had kids riding at the back and then I found out that the rear passenger door is not opening and had to be forced open with significant strength to be able to get out of the vehicle - and now that's a serious safety issue - if in the event of a fire, I had kids at the back, they would be unable to leave the vehicle in an emergency. The vehicle was MOTed and serviced/prepped a day before I collected it so I can't understand how it passed all checks.After a month of trying to get booked in and multiple promises of getting a courtesy vehicle for, I managed to get an appointment slot last month only to find out two days before that actually there is no car available for me.The engineer checked the vehicle and acknowledged all the problems including the cracked mirror indicator with no visible damage to the outer part as well as the requirement of replacing the entire door lock. I was told that someone will be back in touch with me soon to book me in.And this is where all communication stopped. No callbacks, no returned emails. Nothing.I can't believe it takes 6 weeks to authorise a warrant repair for a vehicle that poses a potential risk in the event of fire or accident.Absolutely shameful and abysmal service - not the Audi Experience in the slightest. I wanted to place an order for a new model early next year but I have lost all confidence in this dealership.Please, don't ask me to send you an email to customer service as I already tried contacting you on numerous occasions and I haven't received any response back.
