DOGGY PADDLES CANINE COUNTRY RESORTIs without any shadow of doubt, the very best boarding kennels and hydrotherapy centre I have ever seen. (I'm not in the habit of dishing out testimonials unless I truly believe in my heart they are authentic)TBH, I have never felt comfortable with the idea of putting my own dogs into kennels when I have to travel, but having met Julie and Lee and inspected the Doggy Paddles centre and seen seen their amazing outfit, the cleanliness, and the way they care for clients dogs, I have completely changed my mind.I have completely changed my perception thanks to the wonderful Julie and have no hesitation in entrusting Julie and Lee to look after my two Boxers Cassie & Marley, when the need to travel arises. Thanks Julie, you are a godsend for dogs and dog owners on the Isle Of Wight and beyond.Since writing this post, I have now arranged to have Julie and Lee to board Cassie and Marley for two weeks while I travel abroad. It will be like a summer holiday for them, and I have every faith that they are in the best boarding centre I have ever come across in my career as a Canine Behavioural Therapist. Thank you Julie and Lee.

When we were told that our dog would need 2 cruciate ligament repairs, we were also told that the team at Doggy Paddles would help to get him active again.He has been having hydrotherapy there once a week, ever since! Nearly 8 years on, you'd never know that he had to be repaired! Julie and Lee are amazing! They show so much care and attention, monitoring his movement and giving him hydrotherapy accordingly. They advise us on his exercise and the result of their hard work is a very happy, lively dog! Everyone thinks he is a puppy when they meet him! I highly recommend Doggy Paddles! Our dog loves his visits there!We also use their boarding kennels! He is delighted to have holidays there and when we pick him up, he is always in the same condition we left him. The kennels are spotlessly clean and the staff are lovely with the dogs! We are so lucky to have such great facilities on the Isle of Wight!

It was freezing cold when I visited, dogs were manic. Dogs were walked on leads in the field, but weren't let off.I sat in my car for a good 10 minutes facing the exercise field. In that time, 2 dogs were both walked (separately) round the field once.I wouldn't call it a luxury kennels.

Faultless?! They care so much for your dog having the best time he/she can have. I heartily recommend them unreservedly!

I have two very sensitive sight hounds so was initially very concerned about leaving them at a kennels. Six years on and after many happy holidays for the dogs, I am still blown away by the kindness and professionalism of Doggy Paddles. Julie has also helped my whippet with a recurring muscular issue which has given some amazing results. I am still always upset after I say goodbye to my boys (although I hide it from them) but I know they will be well looked after, given unlimited cuddles and now have free run of a fabulous, secure large enclosed area. A brilliant team led by a very knowledgeable former vet nurse (now highly regarded animal physiotherapist). *****
