Bensons for Beds Lancaster

So unhappy about the mattress so about 2 weeks ago we ware saved by a man called Mark so I tryed different matters I made it clear I liked a Pacific one as I kept going back to the same one that ware down in price as Mark didn't put down the right mattress down on the System and said to me got the Peper here and then I Said is it is a king size bed and said yeah and Looked confused and I ware like let's go upstairs and check it and said I have got it down here and I said okay no 2 day's before the driver it ware the wrong mattress Not one's said sorry to me or my mum he just explaicould of taken ant time from then

Bensons bed were great from the moment I walked through the door to the point of delivery the customer service the communication and the delivery would definitely recommend

I will not be shopping here again. Sales people in store and delivery men are good/helpful however bed was suppose to be delivered on 26th July, was loaded wrong so had to change delivery to 10th July, arrived with damage to the mattress AND bed frame. Was offered a replacement to be delivered in 2 weeks time which means a third day to take off work unpaid or was offered vouchers. A joke

We be always had a pleasant experience at Bensons Morecambe store. We have recently ours chase two mattresses and are happy with the product. We intend to buy the third and final mattress very soon.

Excellent service from in store right through to our delivery day. All staff friendly and helpful. Communication was great, we were regularly kept up to date with the progress of our order and it arrived perfectly on time and as expected. Can't fault at all.

I helped my son who has severe learning difficulties buy the bed and explained to the seller that they would need to speak to me as he has difficulties then I received only 1 text on the Wednesday that delivery would be between 7 am and 1pm on the following Monday and never received any other updates. When I phoned customer services I was told she couldn't speak to me as I wasn't the buyer, I said I just wanted the 2 hour time slot I was promised I would receive and didn't get as I needed to get to his house for the delivery, she said that she doesn't have access to that info so I asked for the tracking number to track on line and she said I should have received an email with it and she couldn't give it to me. Really unhappy that she wasn't more understanding, the seller hadn't included a note on the order to explain that although my son bought the bed they would need to speak to me as I had asked and angry that I did not receive all the texts about delivery and the tracking number. On the order is my telephone numbers and email so know they would have come to me.

APPALLING SERVICE1) No response to my emails2) I just phoned but was 46 in the queue!3) Bed finally arrived today (April 2022) after purchase in August 2021.We moved our old bed out of the way for us to dispose of (even though salesperson assured us that you do this). Upon arrival we were informed that headboard was still not available and is to be delivered in 8 days.4) Bed arrives completely flat packed. We were in no way informed that this would be the case.5) No info provided that headboard is integral to the bed, so we start unpacking and building bed to at least have something to sleep on. Can't proceed as headboard being integral is a major part needed to connect to.6) Old bed in garage. Can't move back up stairs. So sleeping on a mattress for next 8 days.
