I recently ordered ink cartridges and received wrong type tried to call the shop so many times but no answer,no email address to contact had to go through PayPal to file the claim,gor response asking me to return and wii send you return label,after that nothing happened no refund or return label,finally had to open and escalated the case and got refund through PayPal.What a scam.

Excellent service. First class post used which is a must these days so no skimping. Order made friday pm, posted immediately so received Saturday. Important with things like printing ink because important work is then not held up more than a day.Thanks very much.

Very good prices on ink - makes printing affordable I have bought my home work and office printers there and also get all my A4 paper laminating pouches and photo paper. Extremely Useful/lucky to have them in Louth!

Don't be fooled by the name of this shop as there is nothing 'Premium' about the guy sat behind the counter.The lady is great but it's a shame she has to work with such a rude, arrogant colleague.

I ran out of ink on my ageing Brother printer in the middle of an urgent job, it was great to be able to pick up a replacement cartridge from somewhere local with no waiting. The cartridge works well so far, I'm very pleased.

Recently inherited my late father's a3 Epson r1800 printer, which is at least over 10 or more years old. Anyway, could not find any non-epson cartridges in a bricks and mortar shop so found this company who sold the resettable cartridges, inks and separate syringes all as a kit (saving well over a fiver if I'd bought as separates).Unfortunately one of the 7 cartridges delivered was a duplicate of another colour but I complained immediately and within minutes I received an apology and the replacement cartridge was delivered next day, not bad considering I'm based in Northern Ireland where many suppliers have stopped shipping to (Thanks a bunch Brexit!) and post is often delayed.Anyway, I'm writing this review as I hate waiting but mercifully didn't have to wait too long. Will definitely shop here again but truth be told I don't have much choice as for my printer at least there's little choice of suppliers providing inks etc for my outdated printer (with fewer still shipping to NI!).
