Horrific place - evil staff surprised they even call themselves nurses! Traumatised from this place! Should be shut down and everyone needs to be sacked! Staff treat patients like prisoners not patients!

Absolutely disgusted the state of my brother in law after spending just 12 hrs with these monsters! He's now in QE waiting brain surgery covered in bruises including 1 hell of a black eye! THIS PLACE IS A HELL HOLE,, please don't send your loved ones here EVER!

I am currently here Some staff are just here for the money not the care and time they should be putting in but alot of staff are here to care. Cant always get on with everyone can we. But I am informal and they have a note on the board which says we who are informal can leave at any time I tried to leave today and they phoned the duty doctor and they said because of the time I asked it was a no and I can either stay informal or they will section me.. which is wrong.

Discharging Paitents without meeting there care and Needs Neglect Risk assessments. How can you discharge patients and not follow there Risk and Needs. Management very smitten think it is acceptable to put the blame on another Team as there failing to take Responsibility liability for the over paid staff that provide a dreadful service.

Should be shut down absolutely no idea on how to treat people with mental health I was there on a one to one on a section andy one to one nurse was falling asleep and then something happened thru took my stuff and lost it all absolutely disgusting place

As a relative of a patient who has phoned me distressed,I have tried to contact hospital to speak to someone to see if patient is ok for two days - no response,no contact, just answerphone message .This is not good enough. Patient very vunerable ,family very concerned. Please respond,
