Amazing service and great prices. I was impressed by the people at the reception, we needed a storage space very urgently and in less then an hour we were done. We arrived 5 min before closing and they helped with everything and spent 30min with us after closing. Highly recommend!!!

Found on a quiet side road, easy to find. Built into a block of flats, unusual but interesting. Use the main entrance to the right (not reception). Walk forward, on the right hand side, and the office can be found there. I've sent several DHL packages, with ease. Marcus has been extremely helpful for the majority of times I've been. Tommy has helped (seen him once), equally friendly and provided a great service.

I have placed my belongings over there on a short term lease. One of the staff is helpful and helped with getting me the best deal and arranged with the logistics. Another staff, however, helped with the check out process, as a refund is needed since I paid advance, I double checked with him that the refund will be credited back into my credit card, which I used to pay for, however, the guy just called again to ask me come back to the store as I do not have a local bank account to credit the refund into. I am in London on personal business and I’m on a tight schedule, and they just expect me to come and go as they please because their own mistake and to mess up my schedule. I asked for alternatives and he just got pissed and finally cut off my phone line as I asked for an apology, he is saying that it is my own money and it is up to me to collect it or not. This is very unprofessional, irresponsible, and rude - no way that anyone should be treated as a customer, very disappointed

Elizabeth and Tommy were so helpful and understanding of my situation.I had to move out of my flat in a really short notice, so they calculated the best price for me and did everything on the day!I highly recommend them!And again.. Fantastic facility! I've been there since 2018. Marcus was such a great help today when I moved out. Both Marcus and Elizabeth were friendly and kind to me. Would highly recommend.

Fen helped me to get a small storage unit to use for my luggage while travelling. He assisted me with the paperwork as I did not have all required documents due to being a non UK citizen. Due to unexpected events, I had to rearrange my plans and did not need my room as long as I initially requested. Fen issued me a refund for my unused time. All staff were professional, courteous, and helpful. I highly recommend Camden Self Storage to locals and travelers alike.
