Super friendly and professional staff. I go regularly for waxing and it is the most comfortable experience. It’s super clean and they are always on time. They also have a loyalty system so if you book your next appointment in advance you get a small discount on your next treatment. Reliable, efficient and friendly service. Highly recommend.

Anna is lovely but now I’m home I can see the uneven finish, the wonky polish and the not shiny at all result. And JEEZ very very expensive for shellac removal and manicure. £45. Thats just too much. Not happy at all

I've been going to Arumi since it opened and I can vouch that it's a fantastic place to get high- quality and professional treatments at great prices.

Arumi always provides excellent services for all types of treatments. I particularly enjoy getting facials from there especially since they make me feel incredibly relaxed and comfortable. I also get regular pedicures from there with no issues and it is by far one of my favourite places to get this sort of treatment that is why I always come back here. The customer service is great and again, one of the many reasons this is my go-to place for almost a decade. Theresa, Anna and Victoria are especially knowledgable, thoughtful and friendly. Would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for great beauty salon offering amazing quality treatments.

Arumi is my go-to waxing spot. It's easy to book online, the service is outstanding with professional, friendly people who really know what they're doing. Victoria is my regular now but the other staff have never disappointed either.

Absolutely professional service...facials, manicures,...reflexology,deep tissue massage. Product recommendations were spot on and worked a treat for both me and my partner...the service was very caring with optimum results .

I have been visiting Arumi for a few months and I will never go to a different clinic. I absolutely love the facial treatments and such good value for money. Therapists are super kind and take time to listen to what your facial concerns are and what treatments will help. I wish I had found them sooner! :)
