I used this dry cleaners for my winter jackets and duvets. Great, friendly customer service. Got all my stuff back on time and cleaned with no issues. I would definitely come back again.

I've had the pleasure of using Palace Cleaners since I've returned back to work. I'd not quite adjusted to having to wash and iron shirts again (lol!) so thankfully I found these guys close by.Service is efficient and friendly but most importantly, my shirts come back super clean (still don't know how you got that coffee stain out!) and beautifully pressed. I also got a shirt altered slightly and that too was completed in record time and far cheaper than my suit shop normally charges me.

They literally go the extra mile. I unexpectedly could not pick up some dry cleaning, including my daughter's school blazer. They bent over backwards to ensure she had it in time for school. Thanks.

Fantastic dry cleaners. I had a very delicate embroidered dress which needed careful dry cleaning and it came back perfect. And very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

I was in need of getting my coats dry cleaned for a formal meeting and was referred by a friend to Palace Cleaners.I needed my items to be dry cleaned and pressed in a short timeframe. Thankfully, the owner was able to meet my requests. The owner was very welcoming, professional, respectful and helpful.My items were returned to me like new and I could see they had been treated with delicate care.I shall be returning in future to utilise more of the services.Thanks

Best dry cleaners EVER! I can't speak highly enough of Kenny and Palace Cleaners. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my dry cleaning. They even managed to get red wine stains out of a precious dress, after it was spilled on. Always a warm welcome and always impeccable service.

Brought two dresses in order for them to add a zip. One blue dress and one black dress. They put the blue zip in the black dress and a black zip in the blue dress. I explained it wasn't looking good and asked them to take out the zip and put the correct colour zip in especially given the black zip also had a rusty pewter colour clasp but they refused. I wasted £35 as I can not wear either dresses. It just looks horrible especially as you can see the zip. Do not go to this place. Very bad customer service and the stitching on the zip was terrible. A good dry cleaner would admit their mistake a cange the zips but they refused to. Terrible given this is their own fault. They took my money and delivered no service.
